A room with an outside. The terrace runs the full width, faces the wash and the ridgeline beyond it, and comes with two loungers and a fire bowl you are allowed to light yourself.

A parlour, a dining table and a second exposure. The Solstice adds nine floors of altitude.

Two walls of glass meeting at the building's corner, which means morning on one side and the whole sunset on the other. A parlour with a real sofa, a dining table for four, and a wet bar.

Floors 24 to 26, where the glass stops being a window and starts being the room. A stone hearth, a dining table for eight, and a tub positioned for the part of the evening everyone photographs.

Walled, gated, and staffed by one person whose entire job is your weekend.
