Every cookie this site can set, what it does, how long it lasts, and a switch for the ones that are not strictly necessary.
What a cookie is here
A cookie is a small file a site asks your browser to keep. We also use two related technologies —
localStorage and sessionStorage — which work the same way from your point
of view. Where this page says "cookie" it means all three.
The three categories, and what is actually in them
Strictly necessary — always on
These cannot be switched off, because without them the site does not work. They are set by us, they stay on your device, and none of them identify you to anyone else.

Analytics — off unless you say yes
Aggregated counts of which pages are used, which devices people use, and where the booking flow is abandoned. We use it to fix things. It carries no advertising identifier and is not joined to your reservation, and it is never used to build an advertising profile.
Personalised offers — off unless you say yes
Lets us and advertising partners show you offers elsewhere based on what you looked at here. In several US states this counts as "sharing" or "targeted advertising" even though we are not paid for it, which is why it is opt-in and why you can turn it off from any page.
How to change your mind
Select Cookie preferences at the bottom of any page. Your choice takes effect immediately and applies to every page after it. There is no dark pattern here: "Reject non-essential" is one click, exactly like "Accept all", and it is the same size and prominence.
You can also clear cookies in your browser settings, which resets everything including your stored consent — we will then ask you again.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal we treat it as a valid opt-out of sharing and targeted advertising, without you having to do anything else. The cookie banner will tell you when it has detected one.
Third parties
This site loads one third-party resource: the web fonts, from Google Fonts. The request reveals your IP address to Google under their privacy policy. Nothing else on this site is loaded from anywhere but the server it is hosted on.
There are no social media pixels, no session recorders, no heatmaps and no advertising tags anywhere on this site.
